Document Detective Technical Support

Issue

The Document Detective installation fails with error code 5003 and tells you to contact the vendor.


Resolution

This error message indicates that you do not have administrator privileges when trying to install Document Detective. You must have administrator privileges to install the software, but you do not need administrator privilege to run the software. Contact your system administrator for assistance with the installation.
