Register Product or Request New Password
ManTech is committed to maintaining and improving Document Detective. Perpetual licensees are entitled to free updates within the major version purchased. Subscription licensees are entitled to free updates when new software is released, even if that release is a new major version of the software. You will need to register your software with us so we know who to contact when the update is released.

In addition, access to some portions of the Document Detective website is restricted to customers only. These areas require a login name and password for access. Customers using an evaluation license are invited to register, but they will not be granted access to the Customer Portal. Use this form:

  • To register your software
    (Fill out all information)

  • If you forgot the password
    (Enter only the required information to help us locate your record)

  • To Request a new user name and/or password
    (Fill out all information)

  • To change the registered owner
    (Identify the original owner in the message section)

  • To Add additional logins for additional users
    (Limited to the number of licenses purchased)

Please provide as much information as possible to help us locate your customer records.

If you are upgrading from v3.0 or earlier, then you will need an activation code. If you are already using v3.1, then your existing activation code will suffice. If you can not locate your v3.1 activation code, then use this form to request a new code. The company name is required when requesting an activation code.
